Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed once the items have been received. Refunds will be for the price of the deck minus shipping costs.
If your order is damaged due to transit or was sent incorrectly:
- Please send us pictures of the product and/or the damaged shipping package that it came in, and we’ll work out a return/exchange solution.

For domestic orders, in most cases, we will ask that you send the product back to us and we will ship you a replacement free of charge. If the deck is no longer available, then we'll offer you a full refund.

For international orders, depending on the shipping option that you chose, I might be able to submit an insurance claim with the carrier, but until then, I cannot replace the order until the claim is approved.
For decks that have imperfections due to manufacturing, we will accept returns on a case-by-case basis. So please be aware before purchasing that decks with special features such as foils or gilded edges are more likely to have imperfections or scratches to these areas. Since we are a small business, we would ask that you consider these factors before ordering.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on minor flaws, or if it does not affect the ability to use the cards.
- We cannot refund shipping if your order arrives late. Shipping times are estimates only, so we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time.
- If your package is undelivered because you do not collect it from your post office or did not pay duty/customs fees, this is your responsibility. Refunds/replacements will not be issued.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund/exchange.
