Shipping Policy

The Hermit Shop ships worldwide!! If shipping is not available for your country during check out, please contact us and we will add the rates for your country.
Due to Covid-19, both domestic and international shipping has experienced delays. It is difficult to give an accurate delivery time so we advise against placing orders at this time if quick delivery is required.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
  • Please check that your name and shipping information are entered correctly. We cannot make any changes once we hand them over to the post office.
  • We can ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We are not responsible for any package stolen or lost during transit, but if you chose the shipping service that offers insurance then we can help submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If packages are unable to be delivered and returned to me, buyers will have the option of paying for the shipping fee to have it be resent OR we can refund you for the cost of the product (minus shipping fee.)


  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
  • We use USPS for most orders, so you should expect to receive your package within 3-10 days.


  • International shipping generally takes longer and it's out of our hands if there are any delays. Please reach out to the postal service with your tracking number for any delivery questions.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that items purchased are not restricted for importing into their countries.

Shipping Options

  • First-Class Package International

Approximately 7-28 business days, limited tracking, no insurance.

First-Class Package International is the least expensive but slowest option. It does not offer door-to-door tracking, so once the parcel leaves the country, we can no longer track it. If you choose this option, please keep in mind that there will be limited or no tracking and no insurance. If your item is delayed or lost, we cannot be held responsible, we cannot offer any refunds, and we can offer very little assistance in the whereabouts of your package.

  • Priority Mail International

Approximately 6-10 business days, tracked and insured.

  • Priority Mail Express International

Approximately 3-5 business days, tracked and insured.

  • Simple Export Rate
Approximately 7-30 business days, limited tracking, no insurance. Cheap price for heavier items. Please contact us to inquire about this option.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs taxes, and fees applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of the customs rates, duties, and taxes in your country before ordering.


If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the order can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense including any "return-to-sender" fees imposed by the shipping company.  Alternatively, we can refund the customer for the cost of the deck minus any shipping charges and "return to sender" fees imposed by the shipping company. 


Our inventory is manually managed therefore human errors may occur. We try our best to keep our inventory up to date but in the rare occurrence that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund. We apologize in advance if an event like this does occur.
